SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
After placing your order on BESTSHOP, we will add the tracking information to your order details so that you can follow your package whenever and wherever you want.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Packages that are sent with Standard Shipping usually take 7 to 45 working days,
The standard shipping fees are calculated at the checkout page. We offer free shipping on orders over $49.
We do not offer international shipping.
Return policy
We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.
How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?
You have a maximum of 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?
Return Shipping is free on your 1st return package for any order. You must use the return label we provide, then ship the return package postmarked within 30 days from the purchase date.
If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $8 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that any additional returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
How Do I Make A Return?
To start a return, you can contact us at Ask@Bestshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important Notice
Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.
Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on our site by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
